good. allowed for lots of time off but no time to take it due to workload
At my level we received unlimited vacation. There are pros and cons to this type of policy. What you will find is people take even less time off, because they aren't trying to use up their X weeks of vacation.
There are multiple vacations available for all sorts of employees and various types of vacations.
Could be more, US has a terrible vacation PTO policy in general
15 days and 10 holidays
Start with 15 days and add 1 day per year
If you hired on with substantial experience, the PTO plan was relatively generous (and negotiable as part of your compensation package). The base plan was not so great for those with less negotiating power.
Most people lost 5 days off paid time off compared to previously FEI
Able to purchase additional PTO for some positions.
Vacation time it's PTO, with opportunities to donate time to other employees or buy extra PTO time.
