ThinkTank Learning, Inc. offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance provided by Kaiser Permanente and covers 100% of your costs and 50% your eligible dependents.
ThinkTank Learning, Inc. also offers a 401(k) plan with a generous dollar for dollar Company match up to four percent of your pay.
Standard 401K and Kaiser HMO package. 10 PTO a year.
Good - 401k with matching. Bad - no job training, no bonus
Best: matching of the 401k, solid dental options, company-paid phone and phone service (or reimbursement for using your personal phone for work) Worst: some people don't like Kaiser as the health insurance provider but it worked great for me Overall: solid benefits package considering the actual size of the company
Best: 401k. Worst: Performance Bonus
They had regular Health, vision, Dental. nothing special.
No Life, ADD, LTD, STD and the 401K portfolio management is awful. PTO is there but in most companies much more competitive
The best thing is that it's Kaiser. The worst thing is that it's ONLY Kaiser (for people who want to diversify benefits). Also, the copays are a bit on the higher side ($30 for office visits and lab work, $50 for specialty), with no built-in vision or dental.
Vacation days are not specific and sick days are confusing. They do offer Kaiser silver health plan plus vision insurance. So basic perks. Unlimited time off available but if you're gone too long they'll probably replace you.
No vision coverage, sick leave, paid vacation and holiday after 90 days. 41k after 1 year One of the Horrible company
Under Market, worst benefits in my 20 years of career life.
