“Cigna is the provider we use”
Vacation days increase the longer you stay. It's pretty generous if you've been there 3+ years. Good 401k w/matching, good sick leave policy.
Great health care (medical, dental, mental) coverage. Access to gyms and online fitness apps. Work from home options. Career counseling.
Vision, dental, and medical insurance covered under Cigna. High deductible plan that does not cover anything outside of preventive care. No coverage for mental health.
Worst thing: there is one option for health insurance.
The health insurance is one of the absolute worst. I'm not kidding when I say that anything beyond a yearly check up will be charged straight out of pocket from you.
This is a 1099 contract job. No benefits other than extra income. In your area of expertise this is very routine and rewarding work because it is so needed in the investing community.
Great 401k matching, however the health coverage isnt great and HR will make you pay back holidays when you leave.
Unsure to be honest--Some good options! They can do more, though, and become more competitive.
Benefits have been updated a couple times since I have worked here and HR seems to try to remain consistent globally.
stipend for education is amazing, also a subsidized gym membership
