“It's a pretty typical 401k situation”
“The best thing is that you get access to TJUH health services”
“Pretty standard paid time off situation”
The healthcare benefits offered are a tiered structure but still stable and workable. Copays and fees are definitely going up with time but that is typical for most companies. The investment options are not great, there is no "matching" at this time. It was a 2% match before COVID.
Health insurance, retirement and 401k included. Great place to come up in the nursing profession in a great city.
Health insurance options are above average.
Vacation and PTO is great
Benefits are decent, tuition reimbursement is nice too.
Health insurance is really good if you go to Jefferson hospitals or in network doctors. We don't pay too much for insurance. PTO is very generous.
the best thing about the benefits package is the variety of options. I live about an hour away from my work and still can find maximum savings 5 or less miles away.
The best thing about the benefits package at TJUH is medical, dental and vision insurance.
Pretty good vacation benefits. I received 3 weeks PTO + 1 week sick when I onboarded.
a pretty good benefits package
