Low cost, excellent benefits from the start
Good: time off, healthcare coverage, retirement and matching, dental and vision. Bad: limited to Jefferson facilities
Jefferson has been dialing back how much they contribute to an employees retirement plans.
Great health care benefits with 403B. Average yearly ETO.
Expensive benefits, very little contribution to retirement savings, very few days for PTO, vacation time hard to get because most units base it on seniority, so if you want a week of in July, you'll likely compete with senior RNs and never get that week off
The benefits are very expensive. If you do not receive care through the hospital it's even higher which forces employees to use them
Good health insurance, 401K matched,
Health Insurance is very good. Unfortunately no employer match for the 403(b) retirement account, at least for my position.
Average healthcare, excellent ETO, NO flexible/ alternate work arrangements, overall rating C - not the worst but not the best
No benefits are provided for JeffTemp employees including compensation for days the building is closed, sick days, or holidays.
