Complete waste of time for benefits, especially if you are a staffer. The company keeps a heavy log of temps to run their office and do not give out raises, regardless if you work hard or do only enough to get by. Medical, dental, and 401K are not offered to contract workers, even if they have been there for over a year. Pathetic.
You're falsely promised flextime but it is no where near what flextime means.
