A lot of time of is available to do whatever you want and there is a lot of flexibility. unfortunately due to the nature of the industry, there are a lot of deadlines that revolve around the times when you can take time off.
Cannot really take time off because it will mess up your comp because you are paid on commission
Adequate time off with combined vacation, sick time , personal and Company holidays
This has been the best perk. 3 weeks to start with paid holidays and sick days as well.

I inherited Reuters benefits, I believe new employees get standard 10 days year 1, 15 year two +
The vacation and sick leave benefits were excellent
You get about three weeks paid time off a year, plus sick and volunteer days
Starts at 3 weeks vacation, 6 sick days, and 2 volunteer days. Paid holidays most of the time, though some holidays are required work days, but employees get paid extra those days.
3 weeks + 4 floaters + 2 weeks of sick day.
