They definitely give more vacation time than any other company I've ever worked with before. Three weeks plus four floating holidays.
Vacation time doesn't increase until you've worked there for many years.
You get a good amount of time off. The difficulty is finding the time to take it.

A lot of time of is available to do whatever you want and there is a lot of flexibility. unfortunately due to the nature of the industry, there are a lot of deadlines that revolve around the times when you can take time off.
