    Very competitive benefits package. Generous parental leave policy, company pays for home internet, cellphone and public transit. They also a health and wellness benefit for $500 per year.

    They match at a specific amount for 401K, usually most of the benefits are reimbursable so you get amazing points. Mobile phone, commuter, home internet, and most of the airline flights and hotels!

    In addition to everything below, ThoughtWorks pays for your home internet, cell phone, and public transit allowance. We also have 12 weeks paid mat leave and 6 pat leave.

    Some great perks that include a generous conference and training budget, health and wellness policy, book budget. Very generous on expenses when you are traveling and certain exceptions are made on a case to case basis.
