“Maternity is 12 weeks, full pay. Paternity is 6 weeks, full pay.”
“Been at TW 10y and have never had one issue with coverage or claims and out of pocket is most times, surprisingly low”
“Vacation and paid time off is competitive, in my experience. I am a parent and feel the time off covers all the unplanned events that come up.”
Thoughtworks has the best health insurance that I have ever seen! My wife had a cancer diagnosis while I worked there. EVERY doctor we visited said that they had never seen the type of coverage we had. Not sure if the health benefits are the same today, but they were amazing a few short years ago.
Our benefits are generous and cover a variety of areas
Always trying to improve it. Currently, PTO has improved, 500$ for FSA, 1650 for learning. 4500 for 401k
So glad I work for ThoughtWorks. Their benefits are amazing. Great health insurance- it's very subsidized. Pet insurance. Decent 401K. Personal development budget. Macbook Pro. The list goes on.
Education Reimbursement was recently upped to $2,000/year. This is in addition to all the free courses they have internally from coursera. They also said they are considering adding additional benefits for tuition assistance.
Strong medical insurance. Dental could be more substantial.
It is a great company
Creating a flexible work environment isn't a specific benefit but it serves all employees well and helps keep the workers healthy in these times when health and wellness is a focus.
The benefits are great and the company is always looking for ways to maximize the benefits to the employees and select benefits that best meet the needs of everyone.
Employees are given a professional development budget of $1600. There are no performance-based bonuses
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
