  • Maternity & Paternity Leave(4 comments)

Maternity is 12 weeks, full pay. Paternity is 6 weeks, full pay.

  • Health Insurance(4 comments)

Been at TW 10y and have never had one issue with coverage or claims and out of pocket is most times, surprisingly low

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(4 comments)

Vacation and paid time off is competitive, in my experience. I am a parent and feel the time off covers all the unplanned events that come up.

Thoughtworks has the best health insurance that I have ever seen! My wife had a cancer diagnosis while I worked there. EVERY doctor we visited said that they had never seen the type of coverage we had. Not sure if the health benefits are the same today, but they were amazing a few short years ago.
