There are great company perks in the office, but no maternity/paternity leave policy

We are proud to share that we recently rolled out a paid parental leave policy in our newly enhanced benefit package. Please reach out to HR or your Consultant Manager for more details.
It is a middle of the road package when you start off. 15 days of accrued vacation time per year, 6 holidays, and 3 floating holidays. There is a utilization bonus that starts at 1% of your yearly salary and grows as you are billable more often. There is a contribuition yearly to a retirement account of around ~3-4% of your salary. There is a 6 year vesting period. Reasonable Health Insurance, 401k and Roth(k) offered by the company, but no matching, only the yearly contribution.
No sick days, No Vacation, if you dont work dont get paid no matter how many years you been with the company
