This company is the best in giving benefits to their employees. They make sure they stick with their core value which is indeed Giving. They give health insurance, unlimited PTO, Technology Stipend and more.
Benefits are great, really liked working there
401k is okay, unlimited vacation is nice too. Would like to see some more modern benefits (gym stipend, life insurance, flexible hours) though.

Great benefits overall. The work life balance is near perfect.
401k match, health, dental, and vision. Only 1 health plan and it is not very good. It is relatively cheap, and Thrive does put money into your HSA. If you have a spouse with a job, I would be on their insurance. PTO is "unlimited" but they recently sent out guidelines for what "unlimited" means. Essentially they want people to take around 3 weeks.
The best thing about Thrive's package is that it is super affordable, high quality, and everything is in one place. I also love that we have dedicated insurance reps who are there to help with questions.

Really enjoy the unlimited PTO and overall health packages. They are extremely caring about the well being of all their employees. I really enjoy this company very much and feel blessed to be a part of it.
Unlimited time off is great but the maternity leave is lacking.
