Thumbtack has amazing benefits for all employees across the board. From TT Bucks which we can use to hire pros on Thumbtack, to Forma dollars which we can for literally almost anything (health/wellness, childcare, books, self-care, etc.), to 2 one-week-long mental health company shut downs -- Thumbtack really puts their employees wellbeing first. We also have great mental health benefits, professional development resources at our disposal, and very generous parental leave / bereavement leave and flexible PTO.
