Time off is wonderful if you are full time! They offer 17+ paid days off a year for sick, sick dependent, personal, and volunteer time. Full time employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation with a week increase at 5 and 10 years. There is also 6 months paid primary caregiver leave (plus a baby bonus) and up to 15 bereavement days, as needed. They give free and discounted tickets to full and part time employees. The company matches half your 401(k) contributions up to 5%. Health, vision, and dental benefits packages are incomparable to similar companies.
Great health insurance, great 401k, good PTO, great work functions, company ditch days, and 2 weeks off for winter break
Ticket perks. 4 free tickets to LiveNation promoted events.
They care about their employees and their families
they offer a food drive for their employee
The best thing about the benefits at Ticketmaster is the free tickets. Once you are full time you are allotted 4 free tickets year. You can use all four on one event or split them and see two events.
HSA is the only plan I get and I have a deductible of 3000.
Sr. managers and above get unlimited vacation, 6 month paid leave after 25 years of service, fertility assistance and 6 month paid maternity leave. Medical and 401K is just mediocre.
401K match is great. Parental 6 months leave for the primary caregiver (fathers!!). Health insurance is good, but a little expensive.
Health insurance offered by company is expensive for employees. There is no direct employee stock purchase plan.
