401K match is great. Parental 6 months leave for the primary caregiver (fathers!!). Health insurance is good, but a little expensive.

As an intern I am not in a position to speak about benefits as the benefits available to interns are not comparable with full-time staff.

Best thing is the Dental (braces). The worst thing is you will be broke from medical out of pocket.

From my experience , It is a very good company to work for. HR and upper management were so helpful and understanding . If you get stuck in a problem [literally whatever it is] they will help you and get you out of it.

For full-time employees, the benefits and perks are nice! Many people can work from home on Fridays, and sometimes other days. There is a 2-week winter holiday break for everyone. There is generous parental leave, PTO, etc.
