The best part is the discount. The benefit package is decent, but not the best.
I felt as if the healthcare was by far the greatest benefit while working at Tiffany. Not only were the costs low and coverage extensive, but other perks were offered such as an allowance for the gym of your choice and other activities like acupuncture and massage were covered as well.
The benefit package is pretty good but very similar to other retailers.
