Can't take more than 4 days off consecutively (management won't approve and has told employees as such.) Make sure to schedule anything 3 months out, otherwise it will most likely get denied. get everything in writing, or they will shave time off the end/beginning of your request 'so you can be present to support sales'
Paid vacation and holidays
You will get more vacation time off once you been with the company more than 5 years.
Vacation and PTO are earned as you go and available after 90 days of employment.
Four weeks to start seems perfect for a Manager until you find out that there are hardly any paid holidays. I lost more that 5 previous holidays when I joined the company, so I actually ended up with less time off.
19 Days PTO to start. Will roll over to next year if you don't use it. Every five years You are with the company they will add another 5 days of PTO. If you quit then you have the option to have them pay you out for any remaining PTO days.
Almost all company I work for have PTO so the same as others
Decent vacation and time off except you have black out months and not enough people to work so you can't take much and than it roles over. rinse and repeat.
This is retail folks, so expect to support sales and if allowed, will require you to use vacation time for public holidays.
Vacation time was limited to 4 weeks for most people. The sick leave policy was loose and people frequently took advantage of it.
