Very minimum. Two weeks vacation for the first five years of employment. Very basic holiday time off. No freebies like the day after Thanksgiving off.

Standard two weeks vacation, plus some floating holidays depending on when you work. The longer you're with the company the more vacation time you get. Only bad thing is you can't sell it back if you don't use it all. It's use it or lose it.

Give a decent amount of days to take off throughout the year. There is a period between Nov - Feb end that can't be taken off for more the 2/3 days.
