Employer Summary

We currently offer three health insurance plans through Anthem. We offer a PPO 2500, PPO 3500 and an HSA compatible plan. Vision is included in the health insurance plans. All employees participating in the company wellness program receive a 10% discount on their insurance premium.

Several plans to choose from. I like The HSA paired plan. Employer pays 100% of individual and 60% of family. Employer puts cash in the HSA. They lower premiums every year also.
