The leave policy is very flexible and generous. Good healthcare plans that are heavily subsidized by employer, and my premiums have actually gone down every year for the past four years. I take the free LTD/STD/life insurances. PTO @ 3-weeks day one is nice. 401k has employer paying an additional 3% of salary regardless of my contribution, and the plan itself is super efficient.
Amazing benefits and each year they get better and better based on employee requests, industry comparison and the company's commitment to excellence. They just increased the parental leave, military leave, caregiver leave and a created a gradual return-to-work if you've been away for a period of time. I love how this company makes real changes to support all the different life experiences its employees may have. Really proud to work here.
They are over generous with PTO and Health Insurance. This possibly causes lack of funds for basic salary.

Incredible heath plan and 401k. The amount of employer paid heath coverage, and options within the plan for things like HSA are better than much bigger companies I Have worked in. Like that the employer pays 3% into my 401k even if I don't pay in. Like the employer paid short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance plan. Appreciated the addition of a vision plan this year.

Best that the most important benefits were provided, health insurance, 401k, short and long term disability premiums were a 100% and some of your phone bill was paid for. Worst thing is no pension plan.
