When I was first hired, hours were very flexible and easy to work with, but after a few months they cut the store hours significantly.
They are very pleased to schedule fewer hours. Requesting time off is usually not a problem. Fairly good at working with limited schedules.
You can basically submit your own availability whenever you want and change it whenever you want. But it isn't very strict so people can lie about whether or not they're actually busy which causes the problem of who gets weekends off. Some people say they aren't available the weekend just to have off, so other people get stuck working every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
the hours were okay, management would add a little bit more if you asked nicely
They worked well with my school and rehearsal schedule as a theatre major before I became a shift leader.
very flexable working shifts. managers are usually let employees switch shifts easily.
Usually your manager will mess up your availability at least once every two weeks and then blame it on you
you have a fixed work hours, they always cut the work hours because of light season.
