You give thirty five percent off in store and fifty percent off online.
Best: 401K plan and vacation time Worse: Health
Great benefits and fair healthcare premiums. Employer matched 401k contributions. On site gym and childcare.
For a part time employee the benefits are for VF brands and depending on where you may work, you can get an extra mall discount in certain places. The VF Brands discount can not be combined with military, student, or any extra discount.
You're able to get 55% off Timberland and then another 50% off Vans, Nautica, Jansport, Lee, Kipling and much more.
401k was great for being hourly. Make sure to take advantage when it's offered.
Great Learning and Development team, solid benefits (health, 401K, employee discount, gym, etc.)
Best benefits I've ever had!
Great 401k marching program and Healthcare Insurance. Nice Employee discounts with all Divisions. Gives back to the community with volunteer days.
I loved getting paid community service (everyone in the company from corporate to retail). The discount on the products in store, 55%, was amazing. The downside was the health insurance. They give it to you if your manager will guarantee (on paper) that they will give you 16hrs a week. The managers I had never did that for any of their employees, even though most of us worked at least 20, and up to 40 during the holidays. For the amount of things you need to know, and the amount of work you do, giving health insurance would've been great. But at least if you're sick, you can still look cool with your yellow boots you got with your discount, right?
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
