“really good! can be combined with sale and used at vans!”
“no paternity leave is not a good plan, most families have two working parents and to forget that fathers have a part in the process is insulting”
“Good healthcare coverage through BCBS”
Excellent benefit package and retirement plan. Good vacation policy and flexible work schedule.
Bonus structure for field teams is an area of opportunity and improvement.
lots of freebies if you make good sales and free pair of shoes to work in!
60% Employee discount on all apparel and day one you are provided with a new pair a boots/shoes.
PTO/Sick is combined; several benefit options to select from and fair company contribution but please remember, insurance benefits are EXPENSIVE to everyone - I have worked at several corporate offices in the area and feel Timberland does a good job with helping towards the monthly costs. 401K is great - company perks are pretty much the best - cafe, gym, social gatherings, real family/community feel. 40 hours of community service - 2 Timberland sponsored days and then three other days where you can either sign up for sites offered by the company or volunteer at a location of your choice - truly amazing company.
Very generous for allowing community service hours (40 hours per year). Good health insurance options including dental and vision. Decent vacation time.
As of 2020, fertility benefits are offered through Progyny. Medical/dental is offered at average rates/coverage. Group discounts for home/auto/pet insurance. Daycare, auto repair, charging stations for electric cars onsite. Full-service cafeteria Massage/Chiropractics onsite Fitness Center
Everything was comparable for the size of the company

Best: 401K plan and vacation time Worse: Health
