One of the best overall benefits package I have ever had. Definitely the best health insurance with many options.
Diminishing 401k matching policy.
The only thing that was lacking was short-term disability. ST only paid 60% of salary. This put pregnant women at financial risk, especially non-exempt workers. Otherwise it was great.
