Timken has comparable offerings for employers in this area.
The worst thing, is that all of my already doctors, chiropractors, dentists, etc. Are all out of network yet they are all in my area rendering my benefits useless and everything is out of pocket.

Excellent benefits - FAR better than our competition. A selling point in recruitment. The only downside is that these benefits are expensive (For the company) so salary (not total compensation) may appear to be low.

The benefits are disappearing so quickly that many of them may be gone by the time you read this. The insurance premiums, along with the deductibles, go up every year. Hourly bonus system is gone.
No bonus for workers/yes bonus for management, insurance coverage below average
