“The benefits started day 1 of my employment and our family is thankful for the safety and peace of mind.”
“Did not offer matching funds.”
“I gave up two weeks of vacation to come and work for Tintri, but because I work from home I feel the trade off was well worth it because I don't have to commute everyday anymore.”
Perks, benefits, wellness program were great but no 401(k) employer matching
There is no PTO accrual so any off time has to be manager approved and submitted far in advance. It can be denied by the manager.
Everyone was treated good - both full time and part time employees
They have a competitive benefits package. However, we were switched from a defined vacation plan to an unlimited plan and the company announced a holiday shutdown with forced PTO to liquidate the defined plan's liability.
Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Tintri by DDN has solid benefits from it parent company DDN, Inc.
Health insurance is good (not great). 401K is mediocre.
Benefits meet my families needs. They offer pet insurance as well. Low and high deductible plans make it affordable options
Needs to be more competitive
Unlimited number of holidays, Average compensation, Lots of RSUs but not worth it, HSA, 401k not matched
