First week of employment I was warned about the culture of the company. No understand and tons of mistreatment from upper management. Company has had settlements due to lawsuits in the past. Recommend reviewing.

You only get the bare minimum, 5 sick days and 5 PTO days but when you actually take them it's like they get mad about it. Insurance is terrible.
