Good company to work for if you hope to move up the ladder fast. They love to help you develop into promotable status quickly. Closed Sundays, and most major holidays. Good starting pay for entry level and really good pay for General Managers. Only downside is the industry type, you may at times feel you are predatory lending. You are required to market and collections are handled in house, so some stress on trying to get people to pay you back.

It has the standard benefits. 401K, PTO, Health Insurance. The health insurance is a little expensive. The vision and dental insurance is awesome! I love the fact that you automatically start accruing paid time off. Also, they offer Teladoc service, which is amazing and very useful.
Medical premium are high. Every other weekend off
No tuition reimbursement.. also needs more dental options.
Payments for insurance was fairly high. I paid around $150.00 every pay period (bi-weekly) for myself and 2 children.
401K is decent. Health benefits program is a joke (for a company this big)
TOO EXPENSIVE and the 401k plan is basically you contributing, because the company seems like it only matching 1 percent.
