Unclear about what unlimited time off means as far as PTO allowances vs. the ability to take some un-PTO.
Not a particularly great benefits plan, but also not bad. 401K could use a company match. Extremely high-deductible. Unlimited PTO with manager approval. Standardized stock option grant which isn't very high.
Company perks are great, stock options amazing, most things are good, but the 401k is a little lacking
Best: 401K offered. Worst: 401K has no match. Best Stock Options Worst: Stock Options only offered at hire, no additional upon anniversary, company targets, etc.
