Great health care benefits and paid time off. The 401K package changes during the strenght of the market as does the pay. The more you sale and make, the less the pay.
I love how they state they are one of the best companies to work for, yet offer 10 days of vacation per year. 10......really?? And then they mention a "parental leave" policy which is so embarrassing I'm not sure they they even mention it. One week for both parents and then a nursing mother gets a whole another 3 weeks off! Whooo cuz an infant at 1 month old is in great conditions to be placed in daycare! Really.....??...why would you even mention that. Get with the program Toll Brothers. 10 days of PTO per year is ridiculous. 1 month for mothers to get off after giving birth is SHAMEFUL!

Toll provides many great benefits to employees. In addition to great health insurance and retirement plans they also provide numberous perks such as employee guest houses and employees discounts on home purchases.
Insurance and 401 match is okay. PTO leaves a lot to be desired and the nature of the work makes it hard to really unplug and not get sucked into work while taking vacation time.
We are fortunate enough to have quite a few benefits to our favor but the one I was fortunate enough to achieve was the "milestone trip". After 10 years of service, Toll Bothers gives you $3000.00 toward a trip of your choice and 5 extra vacation days!! Some people went to Iceland, Costa Rico, Bahamas and even Japan!!,I took my husband to Ireland!! It was awesome!!
