Nature of work makes it difficult to unplug and truly take vacation time. For the hours you work during the week (and occasional weekend) 10 days of vacation time is pretty insulting. 15 days after five years but I won’t be hanging around for that.

Only 2 weekends off a year. No vacation can be taken Feb- May and Sept-Nov. 10 days off a year is not so bad, but they need to relax the weekend policy.

Takes a very long time to accrue vacation; new employees often have to take "negative" time and work for a period of time until they break even.

They had a great vacation package and also offered sick pay as well, the accrued rate of days was better than what a lot of other companies offer today.

They offer great vacation benefits by using one of there golf courses at least one week a year for free around the country
