Very little out of pocket expense because of low deductibles and copay's. They have a pre-tax FSA. They pay lump sum at the first of the year to the FSA card, but only take small amount out of each paycheck. We are awarded for healthy choices.
Pretty standard, except they added a "Spousal Surcharge", which means that if you want your spouse covered on your insurance AND they qualify for health insurance at their employer, you get the privilege of paying an extra $100/month (on top of the extra you have to pay to have them on your family plan). It's $70/month just for me (white, non-smoking, 18-40 year old), a little over $200/month to add my spouse, PLUS $100/month just because they can get coverage at their job (even though it's much more expensive). It's a punishment for Tolmar having good insurance, and when you consider the measly raises they give out every year, I effectively lost money by having my spouse on my insurance.
Great Health and Dental Insurance.
