“Very little out of pocket expense because of low deductibles and copay's. They have a pre-tax FSA. They pay lump sum at the first of the year to the FSA card, but only take small amount out of each paycheck. We are awarded for healthy choices.”

Great benefits and certainly a selling point for taking a job with Tolmar.
There are options to choose from in regards to health benefits and the coverage is better than most. Work-life balance is of importance and Tolmar recognizes key holidays with extended time off at the end of the year (current as of 2019). Company offers 401K (standard and Roth options) with an excellent match (again better than most) after a year of working with them. Vacation policy is very fair and comparable to others.

Match 401K 100% for first 6% and then 50% after that up to 12%. 3 weeks of PTO plus 5 sick days. Health insurance program was pretty good.
