Finally match a 401k, 7%. Insurance deductibles are almost considered disaster insurance for the young and healthy, around 5k per year, regardless of healthy measure screenings.
I was only a part time employee so i was not able to see the full benefits package i though i heard from several full time employees that is was very competitive with other companies in the grocery retail space
As a part time employee I don't receive many benefits. We do get a 10% discount, though.

They wouldn't talk about benefits because they don't schedule you to work enough hours to qualify for benefits. I was hired for full time and scheduled to work 10 hours per week.

Health insurance is awful and expensive for how bad it is. Employee "discount" is a complete joke. Cell service discount is decent.
The best thing is the 401k plan
Good: 401k and limited pension, health benefit options, vacation and float days for full time
