Great benefits, 401K, health, and employee discount.
Not a good benefit package. You have to be full time by their standards and crappy package offered
High cost deductibles for PPO, several medications not covered, and paid time off/vacation time is mainly used to supplement cut work hours. Exhaustion from lack of consistent days off will lead to frequent demand for medical attention. Zero workplace accommodation for orthopedic needs or preventative on-the-job injury. Offered medical is better/cheaper than not being covered at all. Annual open enrollment presentations are forced to be attended regardless if zero change in coverage. Taking my 401k to my next employer was a perk.
There is none. No matching, poor medical contribution, nothing that will aid in long-term financial stability
Good work life balance. Vacation package is good and no ‘blackout’ dates on when you can take time off, which is unusual for retail.
Part time, there isn't much benefits except you do get a free piece of clothing every other month and 6 free pieces when you start. And 50% discount
Nice vacation(ATO) policy if you've been there for a while
Very competitive benefits, including a great discount and a $600 allowance per year (to use online or in-store at 50% off). Great Vacation/Holiday that grows with tenure. Short term disability, long term disability, Family Medical Leave and so on. It's well rounded and beats most others in Seattle. Just upgraded the match on the 401K making it even more competitive. Medical/dental and vision coverage available. Also, just rolled out a social responsibility program that allows an additional 24 hours paid time each year for volunteer work. Also has tuition support and an emergency financial asst. fund. Provides commuter subsidies as well And you can borrow a daily parking spot in order to attend to personal matters like medical appointments.
Benefits are average, not bad, not great.
Best thing is vacation. Overall I would say the benefits package is worse than the benefits package for the average retailer.
