“4 weeks of vacation for employees with 10+ years of experience”
Good insurance network with reasonable (at least for these days) premiums. Cafeteria plan is standard, but the company that processes claims is below average. Good holidays, flexible work schedule, hybrid work options, 401k match and cash balance plan (defined contribution, replacement for pension)
401k, competitive pay for comparable jobs/companies, vacation PTO is decent. Stock offers. Some groups don't offer remote or even hybrid working.
401K is full vested at start
Good 401K match and average health insurance
Bests Health insurance, 401K, new year packages Cons No transportation help, technological equipments are very old.
Great benefits package, with everything you would expect and more.
The benefits are semi decent
Benefits aren’t the same across the board. It depends on what division you work for. Do not take a position with the Marketing and Services division. The pay is awful and the benefits are outdated. The other divisions are a lot more generous.
The health insurance isn’t overly expensive. They have a great 401k with Fidelity that allows in plan Roth conversions of post-tax contributions. They also have a cash balance pension plan which would be better if it was just an additional contribution to the 401k like some companies do.
