Kaiser is not a health plan option.
As a relatively healthy individual with a few long terms medications, the high deductible HSA option with a 0$ premium takes care of my needs. I've got enough work-life flexibility to work from home on an as needed basis I've hit the company trip twice now and was able to propose to my fiance on the beaches of St. Lucia and am headed to Ireland in February. My compensation is great enough that I can pay for the pricey rent of the NW suburbs and still max out my 401k contributions and get a 50% match on the first 6%
The Paid Time Off is great! Also the Flexibility!
The health insurance is not very competitive
The benefits package is moderate to expensive for a benefits package. They have two or three benefits packages to choose from however.
Good Benefits with W2 flexibility for Contract
TotalMed Staffing is an excellent company to work for. Great benefit packages, Very nice hourly pay with an accurate pay check each week. I have not experienced a singly problem with this company. I am a contract employee and was aware upfront of no sick or vacation days.
