401k match to 5%, BCBS insurance covered at 60%, annual profit sharing
Benefits were in line with other company's I worked for. Wish more of a match for 401(k) available to office. Would have liked to see tuition assistance increased for salary too.
Company offers 401k, health insurance, life insurance, dental coverage and vision coverage to salary employees within first month. Vacation days offered are standard
The benefits are good, the 401k plan is outstanding, vacation allowance is perfect, and the holiday pay is number one!
Insurance is incredibly expensive, especially for salary. It is not fair that someone who makes $40k/year has to pay the same premium as some one who makes $100k+ per year.
Since taking the current position I have been very pleased with the compensation package offered. I have worked very well with our upper management team over the last few years. Very please with Tower and do not actively search for employment change.
Health benefits are pretty equal to the rest of the Auburn area. The only bad thing is costs have gone up every year for awhile now.
Insurance is top tier for now. The match 401k fifty cents on the dollar up to 5%. Offer ok dental and vision for a few bucks. Also short and long term disability.
