Excellent benefits where you can select the benefits to suit you and your family needs
Call centre environment so hours were set however management were great with any part timers needing to move hours
They haven't really pushed the boat out, it is a very standard benefits package that I've seen in many places. There are probably lots of things I haven't spotted but nothing has stood out so far.
Flexible cash allowance which you take as cash or trade off for benefits
You can get discounts from gym memberships, a heavily discounted taste card, free access to mental health services amongst other things.
The benefit are miminual
There isn’t one that I knew of, although I’m sure if I was given a proper induction that may of been discussed
2.5% flexible benefits package rising to 5% over £25k. A choice of options as to how this is used, including buying/selling addition holidays, pension, health and life insurance, cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership etc. Benefits window only open once a year for some benefits.
Holiday and flex benefits are great, pension poor.
Best was the holidays, 26 days, plus bank holidays. Worst was the pension, as no matter what you put in they only put 1%.
