Working as a manager for TSI you get a standard benefit package, including paid vacation, health care, a 401k and sick time.
There were good people to work with some days better than others..
Health insurance is expensive and does not cover much. Only available to full time employees, which is only managers
Decent time here. Manager is a trip though.
We didn't get time and a half or any special pay but I recall working on Christmas eve, new years eve and the fourth of july.

we did not receive any benefits here. we used to get commission for each membership we sold but then they took it away and made it an overall percentage of sold memberships for everyone. so unfair.
It is offered within 3 months, however depending on how many hours you work per week, rules vary
