We know benefits are important-that's why we offer a variety of health insurance options.
Company has a 401K plan, you get a little less than 2 weeks of PTO for the year and your basic dental, vision and health insurance.
The company has some cute perks but nothing special that could really take someone over the edge. The best thing I can say is the day 1 PTO time. So there is nothing to gain.
Their benefits package is second to none. Low deductibles and you won’t have the headache of trying to find a practice that will accept the insurance.
great health and dental insurance, matched 401K , PTO and paternity/maternity leave
They tell you you are salary when you start but you are actually hourly. They LIE ABOUT IT! And you don’t get paid for overtime! They are strict on PTO.
Time off is amazing...
FSA accounts, health insurance is okay, dental and vision options, occasional company paid event 15 days PTO, no sick days, have to request a month in advance, have to pay for your parking, not flexible with schedule
not 100% paid for
It's a pretty generous benefits package, but the "use it or lose it" policy on PTO coupled with people not being able to be guaranteed time off in December should probably change
It's a standard benefits package that you would expect from any employer. Copays are typical and nothing out of the ordinary.
