PTO accrual per week is insulting and far below current industry standards.
Basic health, vision, and dental plans. Two weeks vacation, three sick days, and one personal day per year. Adequate but not great.
Bare bones benefits with the standard medical and dental plan. Retirement (401K) company contributions are lackluster, and time off is sub-par for the Boston metro area. Worst is the lack of sick time - Was averaging 3 days per year, so many people would come to work sick and spread germs.
