In the first 90 days, you have no right to take any paid time off even if you had an health issue. Only 2 weeks paid vacation time after that which is risky to take because they may fire you right after or during. Even from Chrismas Day to the New Year, you have be there from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Once again there is an off the books PTO program that is run in an attempt by middle management to help their employees. However the necessity for this program is due to the fact that Upper management refuses to compensate employees appropriatly at baseline, or when spikes occur in workload.
Two week vacation. while three weeks is a standard in this area.
