The benefits at Toyota Material Handling, Inc. is amazing. You get one of the best premia on medical, dental, vision, and life insurances. Only $23 per paycheck for a family for medical insurance! A very nice onsite gym with a medical center and pharmacy attached. 401K match up to 4% for the first 5 years then 6% after 5 years of service. They just added a new parental leave which allows 8 weeks full pay off for mothers and 4 weeks full pay off for fathers. Adaption support, tuition reimbursement, community engagement, PTOs with holidays, and so much more. You get about a week and a half off during the Christmas time and the plant shuts down for the July 4th week but you would have to use your PTO times to take days off for that time. They payout bonuses twice a year (end of June & December) based on your performance and the company performance plus annual merit salary increase around July. They also offer STD & LTD off. They have one of the best benefits I've ever seen a company offers.

Great Health Insurance, average 401k match, average vacation time, good dental. Wish they would add maternity/paternity leave paid.

Decent salaries. Benefits are on the higher end of scale for IN company. Need to provide more growth opportunities.

10 days paid vacation, more than average holidays, mediocre pay. Good medical benefits, onsite heath center and gym.
