Coverage was very comprehensive...Life, Dental, Vision, chiropractic, and mental health. Mental health is important to Toyota. The family prices were a little high but manageable. Adoption assistance is an awesome for families.

Affordable, good coverage health care, however each year it appears they take away more and more of our benefits little by little. The worst part is they have taken away pensions. Yearly bonuses are very small.

The company used to have amazing HMO benefits package but after ACA it was reduced to an awful PPO. The first dollar minimum was outrageously high for such a large company.
Unless you are in Congress, a senior executive at a big corporation, or in a highly in-demand function at somewhere like Google, I am not sure you will find a better benefit package anywhere. This company really takes care of their people.
