Not that good, I think GMC or Ford is better
Employee lease pricing has increased since Texas law won't allow the company to obtain a dealer liscense.
You have the option to purchase a vehicle at a decent discount or enter into the employee lease program that includes high mileage, insurance, and maintenance.
You can get a good discount when you lease a vehicle and the discount for purchasing a vehicle is average. I didn't use this benefit because I didn't want to purchase a new car and I heard you have to forfeit your lease if you quit/get fired and it negatively impacts your credit. (not entirely sure about that one though)
Management will work for you to get you an unbelievable deal on a new or used car if you work here.
The company has a great employee lease program.
discount is less than you think but reasonable
Really great employee lease programs on Toyota-brand vehicles
Discounts available through corporate partnerships (everything from movie tickets, mobile phones, computers)
The employee discount for purchasing cars, extended warranties, and other products Toyota offered was good, basically same price a dealer employee could get, but you could do better sometimes via negotiating with a dealer.
