An Adoption Assistance Program is available to Toyota employees.
While the company was in CA, maternity and paternity leave was very strong with CA FMLA requirements. Not sure how it will be in TX but have heard the leave is not as generous based on state laws.
Women get 4 months paid, Men must use Paid Time Off / Vacation Days

It is the best benefits I have ever had.
They follow FMLA regulations. Most can't afford to take the time off because of their lease vehicle payments.
It is an outstanding benefit.
