    Good pension plan you do have to work 3 yrs for full vestment.

    When they still offered a pension it was great and funded very nicely. Unfortunately starting in 2015 new hires will not be eligible to get it.

    Current employees have been assured by company that they are vested in the pension plan and that will not change when corporate HQ moves to Plano, TX. Beginning January 1, 2015, new hires will not be included in the pension plan, but will be offered a modified 401k plan instead. I'll keep my pension.

    It's a good thing for the current employees but once they relocate to TX this will probably change.
