Best place I have ever worked . Friendly professional coworkers . I have learned so many valuable skills in and outside the workplace . Pay is fantastic . Hourly AND commission . Due to the great incentives it builds a lot of motivation for a salesman . Absolutely suggest to anyone young or looking to learn financial or car buying skills.
Best: Good 401k matching, reasonable health care, team members get the same number of vacation days as management. Worst: Lease and vehicle purchase programs are just ok.
