Great benefits overall when I was there. Although with healthcare costs rising, I think that has impacted the company? I also think there were changes to vacation/sick time not being rolled over.

Toyota has amazing benefits. Always amazed when we'd go to the doctor and they'd say that our medical insurance was the best they'd ever seen in terms of coverage. Also, great car lease benefits.
Maternity leave hacked since we moved to Plano. Mothers only get 6 paid weeks. In CA, you received 6 fully paid and another 6 paid at 75% pay. Also, starting in 2018, sick time is gone. They also promised 980 schedule, but took it away right when we got to Plano.
The vehicle benefit is great - brand new lease vehicle for a low price, with insurance & maintenance included!
Zero help for dependent care. Would of been nice to offer child care or for moms to work at home one day a week. They don’t trust anyone outside the office.

Terrible work life balance, Hidden policy's not clearly communicated to staff. Decent benefits, no flexibility with schedule, even though 1 person is expected to cover a 3 shift operation.
