Great benefits from 401K to environment. There is lots of opportunity/growth.

They do not offer paternity leave - only forced vacation and unpaid leave. Employee lease program isn’t good at all - you can get a better deal through a dealership. Vacation is pretty average - starts at 10 days, but you do get the week between Christmas and New Years off. 401K match/retirement contribution is the best part of the benefits offered.

Very comprehensive package for FTE.
The company is not flexible at all. No work from home options. This makes it very hard on working parents. In addition, there's no paternity leave and the maternity leave is way behind standard large companies. Not a good place for working mothers. Never on the Top 100 places for Working Mothers.
Like all large companies Toyota is passing more costs on to their employees, this benefits package is still one of the best out there. Highly rated!
