This review is specific to Maternity/Paternity leave. Toyota Motor North America does not offer any Maternity or Paternity leave. The only options are to use your sick, vacation, and/or FMLA. Overall Toyota offers great benefits but it is really disappointing they offer none, zero, zilch, nada Paternity or Maternity leave. I'm disappointed in you Toyota.

Decent PTO, lease discounts, retail discounts. Health insurance is okay. Dental and vision is also an option. They give you great benefits, but keep in mind the job is insanely stressful
