Solid benefits though not as good as they used to be. Pension was discontinued though senior team members are grandfathered in. Tuition reimbursement was capped at $5k/yr and have to pay it back if you leave within 2 years.
Good health insurance and other benefits. Childcare is available at some locations, but not all. We can get mobile phone discounts through Verizon. Not sure if the other carriers offer a discount.

This is about the maternity leave only. Since moving to Texas, the maternity leave has been cut in half. We only get 6 weeks paid. We also have to stay at work until we are 38 weeks pregnant. Women will be giving birth at Toyota. And if the total 8 weeks (2 before birth, 6 after) wasn't skimpy enough, we have to use our own vacation for the 1st week of the leave. It's really sad , especially considering Toyota Canada gets 1 Year and TMC in Japan gets 2 Years paid leave. It's shocking and sad that Toyota has halved the maternity leave from California. We are supposed to be getting better as a company, not worse.
It included a decent 401 k matching package. 66% up to 6 % of pay check I think it was. Good benefits that started in the first week of employment. Employee lease if thats something you are interested in.
Everything about Toyota North America is wonderful
Insurance great. They offer pension plan that you are vested in within 5 years. Great yearly bonuses. All benefits if not employer covered are cheap
Low cost of health coverage was very good compared to other companies, however overall package was not as good as in the past due to loss of pension plan.
