Several medical insurance options with low cost monthly premium for employees. Additionally they have car leasing options, 401k matching, Legal services and more. They ised to have full pension plan but no longer offer this so 8 gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
Work life balance could improve
The benefits are great and very much affordable for both single team members and team members with families.
There was no health insurance, dental or eye insurance as I was working as an intern. The best part was the hourly wage considering the minimum wage of the state

The benefits look great on paper. 401k is alright. You don't get enough PTO, and when you do they dictate what you can use it for. Health care is very expensive and doesn't cover much
Employee lease perk is very nice for employee and family. Health insurance costs have been increasing. 401K still remains. Company has history of paying bonus during slight downturns for the industry although the bonus is scaled back.
