Salary employees get paid overtime. Several medical plan options to pick from
very comprehensive benefits program
I was a consultant so didn't get benefits, but the benefits for employees are pretty good from what I heard.
No future, hourly pay, benefit from agency
While I worked there the benefits were really good, the biggest thing being the pension. I know that they have stopped the pension for new hires. Their health benefits were good and the car benefits were excellent. For some reason they refused to include child care at the new campus despite many requests from associates here in Torrance before they moved. From my experience, they've gone from a great place to work (5 stars) to a good place to work (3.5-4 stars)
The best thing about Toyota North America's benefits package is the vehicle program. Business travel is obviously covered, but you can also opt to purchase or lease a brand new vehicle at manufacturer cost, to your exact specification. Severe discounts keep their employees in new and happy vehicles.
401k with matching, vehicle lease deals, hotel and flight points, vision and dental
Great benefits! Great 401k match. 10 days of PTO and you can elect to go unpaid for 5 extra days. All in addition to 3 personal days. Salary is good and best of all, they allow analysts to accrue time 1/2 for OT over 40 hours. Very good incentive to get all work done and continue to work hard constantly.
Worst thing is PTO! You have to wait 6 mos to take PTO and then you don't get to take many days. PTO package is not competitive at all.
They offer a solid benefit plan but annual pay raises do not keep up with inflation
