Great benefits at the company
They do not offer paternity leave - only forced vacation and unpaid leave. Employee lease program isn’t good at all - you can get a better deal through a dealership. Vacation is pretty average - starts at 10 days, but you do get the week between Christmas and New Years off. 401K match/retirement contribution is the best part of the benefits offered.

Like all large companies Toyota is passing more costs on to their employees, this benefits package is still one of the best out there. Highly rated!
