    Company not only matches employee’s 6% by its giving 4%, it also gives quarterly contribution of 6% and then another annual contribution based on formula. This comes out to almost 11% contribution by company. This is the best in industry

    Several medical insurance options with low cost monthly premium for employees. Additionally they have car leasing options, 401k matching, Legal services and more. They ised to have full pension plan but no longer offer this so 8 gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

    The benefits look great on paper. 401k is alright. You don't get enough PTO, and when you do they dictate what you can use it for. Health care is very expensive and doesn't cover much

    Employee lease perk is very nice for employee and family. Health insurance costs have been increasing. 401K still remains. Company has history of paying bonus during slight downturns for the industry although the bonus is scaled back.
