The benefits are your average coverage. The plans they offer don’t seem worth it for that they take out of your pay. As in for their 401k, they will match you up to a certain percent but you have to stay with the company for 2 years before you get their match. They are saving money because it seems like they can’t keep anyone for 2 years, either because they quit and go towards a better job, or they get fired for lame reasons.
