Tractor Supply offers Health Insurance plans to their employees.
Very expensive and poor coverage. Not worth getting unless there is no other choice.
Average for the industry standard. Nothing substantial and fairly expensive.
The payroll deduction for health is durable is reasonable compared to other companies.
4 Medical Plans to choose from. They are mostly all high deductible health plans with HSA. Depending on the plan you choose, TSC puts $300-$1000 into your HSA at the beginning of each year!! (Free $$!)
its offered high copay's and deductibles its almost 400 a month for a family and with the low pay no one can offered it
Health insurance was easy to apply for and was granted very quickly. They cover a wide array of work related injuries.
lots of health care benefits
Expensive and did not cover much in 2012
BC/BS accepted widely, decent benefits though the deductible on the non-copay plan gets higher every year
Honestly you get better treatment if you have state insurance rather than paying for it through them.
